PRIOR NOTIFICATION PERIOD

Masters of foreign fishing vessels (i.e. non-EU) or their representatives must submit the prior notification referred to in paragraph 11 of CMM 07-2025 to the competent authorities of the EU Member State whose designated port or landing facilities they wish to use at least three working days before the estimated time of arrival at the port.
