The 14th Meeting of the SPRFMO Commission (COMM14) will take place in Panama City, Panama, from 2 to 6 March 2026, hosted at the ATLAPA Convention Center. Delegates from SPRFMO Members, Cooperating Non-Contracting Parties (CNCPs), and observers are invited to participate.

Associated sessions and activities

The Commission meeting will be preceded by the following subsidiary body sessions, also to be held at the ATLAPA Convention Center, Panama City:

• 13th Compliance and Technical Committee (CTC13)

• 13th Finance and Administration Committee (FAC13)
  Exact dates to be confirmed

Key Dates and Deadlines

• Proposals: at least 60 days before the meeting
  No later than 2 January 2026

• Observer documents: at least 30 days before the meeting
  No later than 1 February 2026

• Member and CNCP documents: at least 21 days before the meeting
  No later than 10 February 2026

• Secretariat documents: at least 14 days before the meeting
  No later than 17 February 2026
