The 14th Meeting of the SPRFMO Commission (COMM14) will take place in Panama City, Panama, from 2 to 6 March 2026, hosted at the ATLAPA Convention Center. Delegates from SPRFMO Members, Cooperating Non-Contracting Parties (CNCPs), and observers are invited to participate.

Associated sessions and activities

The Commission meeting will be preceded by the following subsidiary body sessions, also to be held at the ATLAPA Convention Center, Panama City:

• 13th Compliance and Technical Committee (CTC13)
  24-27 February 2026

• 13th Finance and Administration Committee (FAC13)
  26-27 February 2026

A general schedule of the two weeks of meetings, including side sessions and events, is being developed for download. Detailed schedules for each meeting will be provided as meeting documents for each of the three meetings.

• Proposals*: at least 50 days before the meeting (COMM)
  No later than 11 January 2026 (posted no later than 16 January)

• Secretariat documents: at least 30 days before the annual meeting
  No later than 25 January 2026

• Other meeting documents: at least 30 days before the meeting (COMM)
  No later than 31 January 2026 (posted no later than 10 February)
